Terms & Conditions — 388vin Platform Agreement

To register and maintain an active account on the 388vin platform, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at the time of registration and on a continuing basis throughout the duration of your account.

• Age: You must be at least 21 years of age. 388vin enforces a strict minimum age of 21 years for all account holders. This threshold applies regardless of any lower legal minimum age in your jurisdiction. By registering, you represent and warrant that you are 21 years of age or older. 388vin reserves the right to request documentary proof of age at any time, including but not limited to a valid national identity card (CNIC), passport, or driver's licence issued by the Government of Pakistan or another recognised authority.
• Legal capacity: You must have full legal capacity to enter into binding contracts under the laws applicable to your jurisdiction.
• Single account: You may hold only one (1) 388vin account per person, per household, per device, and per IP address. Operating multiple accounts is a material breach of these terms.
• Accurate information: All registration details you provide — including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address, and mobile number — must be accurate, current, and truthful. Providing false registration information is grounds for immediate account closure.
• Not self-excluded: You must not be subject to a current self-exclusion order, either voluntarily applied through 388vin or mandated by any regulatory or judicial authority.
• Not a 388vin employee: Current employees, contractors, and direct family members of 388vin staff are not permitted to hold player accounts or participate in promotions.

Your 388vin account is personal to you. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials, including your username and password. 388vin will never ask for your password via email, live chat, telephone, or any other communication channel.

• You must not share your account credentials with any other person, including family members or friends.
• You must not allow any other person to access or use your 388vin account.
• You are responsible for all activity conducted through your account, whether or not you personally authorised it, unless you have reported a security breach to 388vin in writing before the activity in question occurred.
• If you believe your account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must notify 388vin support immediately at [email protected]. 388vin will investigate and may temporarily suspend your account during the investigation period.
• 388vin reserves the right to suspend or close accounts that show signs of unauthorised access, unusual activity, or suspected fraud, pending investigation.

Account usernames may not be changed after registration without written approval from 388vin support. 388vin reserves the right to reclaim usernames that are offensive, misleading, or that impersonate other individuals or entities.

388vin processes all deposits and withdrawals in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). The following payment methods are currently supported for deposits:

• JazzCash — mobile wallet deposits credited to your 388vin balance typically within seconds.
• EasyPaisa — Telenor mobile wallet deposits processed in real time.
• HBL (Habib Bank Limited) — bank transfer deposits processed within standard interbank timelines.
• UBL (United Bank Limited) — bank transfer deposits processed within standard interbank timelines.
• Meezan Bank — Islamic banking deposit channel processed within standard interbank timelines.
• Raast — State Bank of Pakistan's instant payment infrastructure; deposits credited in real time.

You may only deposit funds from payment methods registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited. If a deposit is identified as originating from a payment method not registered to the account holder, the deposit may be reversed and the account suspended pending investigation.

Minimum and maximum deposit limits per transaction are displayed in the 388vin cashier at the time of deposit. These limits may vary by payment method and account verification tier. 388vin reserves the right to adjust deposit limits at its discretion with or without prior notice.

388vin does not charge deposit fees. However, your bank, mobile wallet provider, or payment processor may apply their own transaction fees independently of 388vin. 388vin is not responsible for any fees levied by third-party payment providers.

Withdrawals from your 388vin account are subject to the following conditions:

• Verification: Your account must have completed KYC verification before any withdrawal request is approved. Accounts with pending verification documents may have withdrawal requests held until documentation is reviewed and accepted.
• Matched payment method: Withdrawals will be sent exclusively to a payment method registered in the same name as your 388vin account. You cannot withdraw to a payment account belonging to a third party.
• Wagering completion: Any active bonus balance must be fully wagered and resolved in accordance with the applicable bonus terms before withdrawal of the associated funds is permitted.
• Minimum withdrawal: A minimum withdrawal amount applies per transaction. The current minimum threshold is displayed in the 388vin cashier.
• Processing times: JazzCash and EasyPaisa withdrawals are typically processed within a few hours of approval. Bank transfers via HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank, and Raast are processed within 1–3 business days, subject to the receiving institution's clearing timelines.

388vin reserves the right to request additional documentation before processing withdrawal requests above certain thresholds. This may include enhanced source-of-funds verification in accordance with anti-money laundering obligations. Withdrawal requests that fail verification checks will be declined and the funds returned to your 388vin account balance.

388vin offers a range of bonuses and promotional incentives to registered players, including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, and Loyalty Program rewards. All bonuses are governed by the following general terms in addition to any promotion-specific terms communicated at the time of the offer.

• Wagering requirement: All bonus funds must be wagered a specified number of times (the "wagering requirement" or "playthrough multiplier") before they can be converted to withdrawable real-money balances. The applicable multiplier is stated clearly in the promotion description.
• Game eligibility: Not all games contribute equally to wagering requirements. Slot games typically contribute 100% of each bet placed. Live casino, table games, and sports bets may contribute at a reduced rate. Specific contribution rates are listed in the promotion details.
• Time limits: Bonus funds and associated wagering requirements must be completed within the time limit stated in the promotion. Unused bonus funds expire automatically at the end of the stated period.
• Maximum bet restriction: While a bonus is active on your account, the maximum permitted bet per spin or round using bonus funds is PKR 500 or as otherwise stated in the promotion terms. Bets exceeding this limit while a bonus is active may result in the bonus and any associated winnings being voided.
• Bonus abuse: 388vin actively monitors for patterns of bonus abuse, including low-risk wagering strategies designed to meet wagering requirements without genuine gameplay risk. Accounts found to be exploiting bonuses will have the bonus and any winnings derived from it voided and may be subject to account closure.
• One bonus per player: Only one welcome bonus is available per new account. Multiple accounts created to claim multiple welcome bonuses constitute fraud and will result in all associated accounts being closed.

388vin reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time. Where a promotion is withdrawn mid-period, players who have already opted in will be notified and their accrued progress honoured to the extent reasonably practicable.

All games available on the 388vin platform are governed by individual game rules accessible within each game's interface. In the event of a conflict between a specific game rule and these general Terms & Conditions, the specific game rule will govern for that game's conduct, except where these Terms & Conditions set out an overriding principle (such as fraud or prohibited conduct).

• A bet once placed and confirmed cannot be cancelled, amended, or reversed unless 388vin determines in its sole discretion that the bet was accepted due to a technical error or clearly erroneous odds.
• In the event of a game malfunction, disconnection, or technical error during a game round, 388vin will take reasonable steps to resolve the outcome fairly. If a fair outcome cannot be determined, the bet may be voided and the original stake returned to the player's account balance.
• Minimum and maximum bet limits apply to all games and are displayed within the game interface or in the lobby. 388vin reserves the right to adjust these limits without prior notice.
• Live casino games are subject to the rules of the relevant live studio provider in addition to these terms. Decisions by live dealers are final where they are made in good faith and in accordance with the game rules.
• Sports betting markets, including cricket and PSL betting, are subject to separate sportsbook rules governing settlement, void bets, and in-play market suspension. These rules are accessible in the sportsbook section of the platform.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the 388vin platform. Engaging in any of the following may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and reporting to relevant authorities where legally required:

• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any artificial intelligence tool to place bets, interact with live casino dealers, or access the 388vin platform in a way not intended for human use.
• Exploiting software bugs, glitches, or errors in games or the platform to gain an unfair advantage. Any winnings derived from such exploitation are void.
• Colluding with other players in live casino games, poker rooms, or any other multiplayer game environment.
• Engaging in or facilitating money laundering through the 388vin platform. All suspicious financial activity is reported to relevant authorities in accordance with applicable anti-money laundering regulations.
• Creating multiple accounts for any purpose, including to claim multiple bonuses, circumvent account restrictions, or evade a self-exclusion order.
• Using a VPN, proxy server, or other means to disguise your true location or identity for the purpose of circumventing geographic restrictions or platform rules.
• Engaging in chargebacks or payment disputes through your payment provider without first attempting to resolve the matter directly with 388vin support. Unjustified chargebacks will result in account suspension and may be pursued as fraud.
• Any form of harassment, abusive language, or threatening behaviour directed at 388vin staff, live casino dealers, or other players.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, 388vin's total liability to any player in connection with the use of the platform shall not exceed the amount deposited by that player in the twelve (12) months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

388vin shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the platform, including but not limited to:

• Loss of profits, revenue, or anticipated winnings;
• Loss of data or account history;
• Delays in deposit or withdrawal processing caused by third-party payment providers, including JazzCash, EasyPaisa, HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank, or Raast;
• Platform downtime caused by technical maintenance, cyberattacks, or force majeure events;
• Decisions made by players based on information displayed on the 388vin platform.

Nothing in these Terms & Conditions excludes or limits 388vin's liability for fraud, death, or personal injury caused by 388vin's proven negligence, to the extent that such exclusion is not permitted by applicable law.

388vin collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms & Conditions by reference. By agreeing to these terms, you also confirm that you have read and understood the 388vin Privacy Policy.

Your personal data — including your CNIC details, mobile number, email address, JazzCash or bank account information, and gaming history — is used exclusively for the purposes of operating your account, processing payments, fulfilling KYC obligations, and improving the 388vin platform. 388vin does not sell personal data to third parties for marketing purposes.

388vin is committed to providing a responsible gaming environment for all players in Pakistan. Gambling should be an enjoyable form of entertainment, not a source of financial stress or personal hardship. • Deposit limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly maximum deposit amounts directly from your account settings. Limit reductions take effect immediately. Limit increases are subject to a 48-hour cooling-off period.

388vin reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at its sole discretion, including but not limited to the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions;
• Failure to complete KYC verification within a reasonable timeframe;
• Suspected or confirmed fraudulent activity, money laundering, or collusion;
• Provision of false or misleading registration information;
• Operation of multiple accounts;
• Abusive behaviour directed at 388vin staff or other players;
• A court order, regulatory direction, or other legally binding instruction requiring account closure.

Where an account is closed due to a breach of these terms, any remaining balance may be forfeited in full. Where an account is closed for non-breach reasons (such as a voluntary closure request by the player), any verified real-money balance will be returned to the player's registered payment method following completion of any outstanding KYC requirements.

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with international gaming licensing standards applicable to the 388vin platform. 388vin operates under international gaming licensing standards and adheres to the regulatory framework governing its licensed jurisdiction.

In the event of a dispute between a player and 388vin, the following process applies:

1. Initial contact: The player must first raise the dispute directly with 388vin support at [email protected], providing full details of the complaint, the relevant transaction or game round reference, and the desired resolution.
2. Internal review: 388vin will acknowledge the complaint within 48 hours and provide a full written response within 14 calendar days of receipt.
3. Escalation: If the internal review does not resolve the dispute to the player's satisfaction, the player may escalate the matter through the dispute resolution mechanism provided by 388vin's licensing authority.

Any legal proceedings arising from these terms shall be conducted in English. Players agree that they will not commence legal proceedings without first completing the internal dispute resolution process described above.

388vin reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, 388vin will notify registered players via email to the address associated with their account and/or via an in-platform notification displayed upon next login.

Continued use of the 388vin platform after notification of an amendment constitutes acceptance of the revised terms. If you do not agree with the amended terms, you must cease using the platform and may request account closure in accordance with Clause 11.

The "Last Updated" date at the top of this page will always reflect the date on which the most recent revision to these Terms & Conditions became effective. We recommend reviewing this page periodically to stay informed of any changes.
